The LL-200 addresses a critical need in industrial packaging: the efficient and accurate application of primary and secondary labels on opposite sides of large, often non-cylindrical containers. This system eliminates the need for two separate labeling passes, doubling productivity and ensuring perfect label alignment for compliance and branding on items like 5-gallon pails, elliptical chemical cans with handles, and large rectangular bottles.

This line is built around precision and adaptability:

• Dual LOCUS LABEL Applicators: Left and right side-mount applicators work in sync to apply front and back labels simultaneously as the container passes through.

• Container Orientation & Stabilization: Equipped with container orienters (side guide rollers) and an optional top pressure conveyor to secure tall or unstable containers during labeling.

• Advanced Smoothing Mechanism: Features side pressure brushes or driven foam polyurethane rollers that actively smooth labels onto both flat and convex (elliptical) surfaces, ensuring bubble-free adhesion.

• Precision Sensing: Can be fitted with optical or ultrasonic sensors, the latter being ideal for clear or metallized labels.

Simple Operation with Advanced Integration Potential

Operation is streamlined for efficiency:

1. Loading: Operator places containers (empty or filled) onto the conveyor.

2. Transport & Sensing: Containers move past the sensor, which triggers both applicators.

3. Application & Smoothing: Labels are applied to both sides and immediately smoothed by the rollers/brushes.

4. Discharge/Integration: Labeled containers exit. An optional indexing disc ensures proper spacing. The line can feed directly into accumulation tables or integrate with upstream/downstream packaging machinery.
