The L-20 Semi-Automatic Bench-Top Labeling Machine solves the challenge of accurately labeling non-cylindrical packaging. How It Works & Key Features:

The operator places the item (e.g., a tub, lid, or pouch) onto the machine’s platform, securing it with adjustable side guides for precise positioning. Upon activating the machine via button or foot pedal, the label is dispensed and immediately picked up by the pneumatic vacuum pad. This pad then smoothly descends and presses the label onto the target surface with perfect alignment. This process ensures wrinkle-free application even on challenging surfaces.

• Versatile Application: Handles flat, convex, and irregular surfaces on containers, lids, boxes, pouches, cartridges, and cans.

• Vacuum Pad Technology: The integrated pneumatic vacuum system securely holds the label during transfer, guaranteeing accurate and consistent placement without skewing or air bubbles.

• Adjustable Platform & Guides: Features a size-adjustable work platform with guide rails to accommodate products of various dimensions quickly and securely.

• Robust & Scalable Design: Built as a compact benchtop unit for reliability. Optionally, the platform and vacuum pad can be enlarged to label large containers and jerrycans.

• Complete Ready-to-Use Kit: Comes supplied with a vacuum pump, foot pedal, and an optional thermal transfer printer/dater for on-demand coding.
