Many labeling challenges require applying a label to a surface that is not accessible to a standard side-mounted applicator. This LL-200 configuration solves this by utilizing a true vertical application head, allowing for precise placement on the top of a lid, the bottom of a box, or a specific side panel. This capability is crucial for tamper-evidence seals, bottom barcodes, instructional labels on lids, or branding on box tops.

Precision Vertical Applicator Technology

• Direct Vertical Application: The machine is equipped with a vertical label applicator that peels and applies the self-adhesive label from above or below (depending on configuration) directly onto the target surface with high accuracy.

• Stable Product Handling: Products are conveyed and positioned under the applicator using guides, nests, or a specialized conveyor system to ensure they remain stable during the vertical label application process.

• Accurate Sensing & Triggering: An optical sensor detects the presence and position of each item, sending a signal to the applicator for perfectly timed label discharge.
