This LL-200 configuration is engineered for applications beyond standard round-container labeling. It excels at applying labels to the tops and bottoms of flat, rigid, or semi-rigid items, a critical need for complete product identification, tamper evidence, bottom barcoding, or promotional labeling on multi-surface packaging.

How It Works: Dual-Applicator Precision

1. Positioning & Feeding: Items are placed on the conveyor or loaded via an optional sheet feeder for stacked boxes/pouches. Adjustable guides and side pressure belts (lateral wraparound belts) gently center and stabilize each item.

2. Simultaneous Dual-Side Application: As the item passes the applicator station, an optical sensor triggers both the top and bottom applicators. Labels are applied precisely to the predetermined positions on the upper and lower surfaces in one efficient pass.

3. Finishing & Integration: Immediately after application, smoothing brushes or rollers ensure perfect adhesion, eliminating air bubbles. The machine is designed to integrate directly after cartoners, form-fill-seal machines, or filling lines.
