Compared to traditional roller-type systems, this design provides more even and gentler application pressure, making it particularly suitable for handling delicate glass bottles, slightly textured plastic bottles, or pressure-sensitive containers, ensuring perfectly flat and flawless labels.

Core Working Principle Explained

Precise Label Feeding: Containers on the conveyor belt are triggered by optical sensors to peel and feed the high-precision LOCUS LABEL series labeling heads.

Wrapping and Application: The tip of the delivered label adheres to the back of the bottle, which then enters the infinite-belt wrapping unit. A continuously circulating flexible belt gently and tightly wraps and compacts the label across the entire circumference of the bottle.

Perfect Finish: The entire process is continuous and high-speed, completing the wrapping and labeling in one pass without secondary processing. The device speed can be adjusted via a frequency converter to perfectly adapt to different label and container materials.
