2. On-Demand Digital Printing: Immediately after label application, the product passes under the thermal transfer print head. The printer, synchronized with the line, instantly imprints the required variable data (date, lot, code) directly onto the freshly applied label or container surface.

3. Instant Verification & Integration: The process is controlled by a central PLC. Printed data can be linked to your production database and verified by vision systems if needed. The system integrates smoothly into existing lines for rinsing, filling, or capping.
