1. Automatic Screw Feeder (Auger): A rotating screw mechanism gently picks containers from a hopper or bin. It singulates and transports them, ensuring proper spacing and orientation before releasing them onto the main conveyor. This eliminates jams and guarantees a steady supply to the labeler.

2. High-Speed Wrapping: Containers are then conveyed under the side applicator. An optical sensor triggers label application, and a high-speed wrapper (roller or belt-based) seamlessly applies the label around the container’s circumference for a perfect 360° finish.
