The LL-50 addresses the need for a dedicated, high-precision labeling station for horizontal surfaces. Unlike wrap-around labelers, it applies labels directly from above, making it ideal for labeling the tops of containers, lids of jars, or flat panels of boxes and pouches where a classic horizontal applicator is ineffective or impossible to use.

3. Application & Smoothing: The sensor triggers the vertical applicator to dispense and apply the label. A pressure brush or roller immediately smoothens it.

4. Discharge: The labeled item exits, ready for the next packaging step. The line can be configured with one, two, or even three applicators for applying multiple labels in sequence.
