• Dual LOCUS LABEL Applicators: Left and right-side applicators work in sync to apply both labels in a single pass, doubling throughput compared to sequential methods.

• Container Orientation System: Equipped with side orienter belts (or rollers) and an optional top pressure conveyor to securely guide and stabilize flat or oval containers, preventing rotation and ensuring perfect label registration.

• Advanced Smoothing Mechanism: Side pressure brushes or driven foam polyurethane rollers actively smooth the labels onto both flat and convex/elliptical surfaces, guaranteeing a professional, wrinkle-free finish.

• Precision Sensing: Can be fitted with an optical or ultrasonic sensor, the latter being ideal for clear or metallized labels.
