The LL-50 combines reliable mechanics with operational convenience:

• Dual-Reel (Dual-Spool) System: Equipped with two independent label reels, enabling long production runs without frequent reel changes and providing flexibility to use two different label types if needed.

• Three-Roller Label Smoother: A robust system comprising two pressure rollers and one main smoothing roller ensures the label is perfectly adhered around the entire bottle circumference without bubbles or wrinkles.

• Adjustable Performance: The smoother’s speed is controlled via a frequency converter and can be fine-tuned to match specific bottle dimensions for consistent, high-quality results.

• Enhanced Sensing: Standard optical sensor. An optional ultrasonic sensor is available for reliable application of clear or metallized labels.

• Alternative Smoother: The line can be optionally configured with an endless belt label smoother.

1. Loading: The operator places containers onto the conveyor.

2. Transport & First Application: The container passes the sensor, triggering the application of the first label (front label). It is smoothed by the roller system.

3. Second Application: After a precisely controlled interval, the container triggers the application of the second label (back label) from the second reel, which is also smoothed.

4. Discharge/Integration: The dual-labeled container exits. The system can include an indexing disc for spacing and connect to accumulation tables or downstream packaging equipment.
