This line is engineered for precision and stability across different shapes:

• Dual LOCUS LABEL Applicators: Left and right side applicators enable simultaneous application of primary and secondary labels.

• Positive Container Control: Side pressure belts (oriented belts) and a top pressure conveyor securely guide and stabilize containers—from small vials to tall, unstable cans—ensuring perfect registration for label placement.

• Advanced Smoothing: Side pressure brushes or driven foam polyurethane rollers actively smooth labels onto both flat and convex/elliptical surfaces, guaranteeing bubble-free adhesion.

• Precision Sensing: Can be fitted with an optical or ultrasonic sensor, the latter being ideal for clear or metallized labels.

4. Discharge/Integration: An optional indexing disc spaces containers. The line can feed into accumulation tables or connect directly to upstream fillers or downstream cappers as part of a monobloc system.
