By applying labels to opposite sides simultaneously, it eliminates a production bottleneck, reduces handling, and ensures perfect alignment of complementary labels (product info on top, barcode and ingredients on bottom). • Precision Guidance: Adjustable side guide rails and optional side pressure belts (orienter belts) ensure each item is perfectly centered.

• Sensing & Smoothing: An optical sensor triggers both applicators simultaneously. Separate pressure brushes or rollers smooth each applied label.

• Advanced Optional Configurations: Can be equipped with a third, side-mounted applicator for 3-side labeling (top, bottom, side) of containers or briquettes. An automatic feeder (paginator) for flat cartons or stacks can be integrated.
