This innovative approach uses one label to cover three continuous sides of a square container, providing superior abrasion resistance, a seamless aesthetic, and high-speed application for industrial, chemical, and bulk packaging lines.

Precision Three-Side Wrap Technology

The machine’s operation is a feat of precision engineering for large formats:

1. Indexed Feeding: A dividing (indexing) disk ensures each heavy canister or box is positively positioned and spaced before entering the labeling zone.

2. Stabilized Transport: A top pressure conveyor holds the container firmly in place, preventing movement during high-speed labeling.

3. Precise Application & Wrapping: A heavy-duty side applicator places the leading edge of the large label. The container then moves into a specialized dual-roller wrapping module. This module guides and smoothly applies the label across the front and around the two side faces with consistent pressure, ensuring no bubbles or wrinkles.
