Multi-Label Application Technology: How It Works

The system’s core is its synchronized triple-head configuration. Flat items are fed onto the conveyor (manually or via an optional automatic sheet feeder) and guided by side belts. As the item passes under the first applicator, an optical sensor triggers the first label. The item continues to the second and third stations, where additional labels are applied in perfect registration. A final smoothing station with brushes or rollers ensures each label is perfectly adhered.
