This floor-mounted, automated system eliminates the inaccuracy and slowness of manual label placement on lids and boxes, ensuring brand consistency, enabling tamper-evidence, and adding critical product information with industrial reliability.

How It Works & Key Features:

The line operates in a continuous flow. Containers or lids are conveyed under the top-mounted label applicator. An optical sensor triggers the label dispensation precisely onto the center of the passing surface. Immediately after, a pneumatically-driven smoothing roller descends to apply even pressure across the entire label, ensuring instant, permanent, and wrinkle-free adhesion. The process is fully automatic after loading.

• Specialized Top-Down Application: The core function. A vertical top-mounted applicator is designed specifically for labeling large, flat, or slightly convex horizontal surfaces like lids, box tops, tray covers, and wide-mouth containers.

• Pneumatic Smoothing & Pressing System: A pneumatic cylinder-controlled roller provides the necessary firm, even pressure to eliminate air bubbles and ensure complete adhesion across the entire label area, which is critical for large labels.

• Flexible Conveyor Handling: Can be equipped with belt or chain conveyors and customized guides to handle a wide variety of object shapes and sizes, from small cosmetic jar lids to large industrial container tops.
