How Simultaneous Top & Bottom Labeling Works

The system features a split-gap conveyor design. As a box or container is transported and centered by side guide belts, it passes over a gap in the conveyor bed. At the precise moment, a single optical sensor triggers both applicators:

• The upper applicator places a label on the top surface.

• The lower applicator applies a label to the bottom through the conveyor gap.
  This synchronized process ensures perfect registration on both sides, after which smoothing brushes or rollers ensure optimal adhesion.
