How It Works & Key Features:

The operator loads products into the feeding hopper/orienter or places them directly onto the roller conveyor. The process is then fully automatic: items are gently transported and centered by guide belts. An optical sensor triggers the vertical label applicator at the precise moment, and a top-mounted smoothing belt with an endless ribbon ensures perfect adhesion. The line can be configured with one, two, or even three applicators for complex labeling tasks.

• Specialized Roller Conveyor System: The heart of the line. A gentle roller conveyor is uniquely suited for transporting unstable, long, or cylindrical items (like pencils or ampules) that cannot be processed on standard belt conveyors, preventing tipping and jams.

• Vertical Label Application: A top-down vertical applicator is essential for labeling the sides of items that are conveyed lying down, providing superior accuracy compared to horizontal approaches for this product type.

• High-Precision Automation: Integrated optical (or ultrasonic) sensors ensure trigger-perfect label placement. The system is designed for seamless integration into existing filling, capping, or packaging monoblocks.
