How the Integrated System Works

1. Capsule Filling Module: Empty hard gelatin capsules (sizes 000 to 5) are automatically oriented, separated, filled with a precise dose of your product, and securely locked .

2. In-Line Transfer: The filled capsules are gently and automatically transferred to the blister packaging module without manual handling.

3. Blister Packaging Module: This section forms the blister pockets from a PVC or PVDC film, places the capsules into the pockets, seals the blister with an aluminum lidding foil, and perforates and cuts the final blister cards .

4. Quality Assurance: Optional integrated vision inspection systems can check for filling defects, broken capsules, and correct print embossing on the lidding foil at high speeds .
